Return & Withdrawal Policy
This Return & Withdrawal Policy governs purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

within the 14-day period.
The withdrawal is considered valid from the date the email is sent.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from any marks, scratches or signs of wear
- With all protective films/stickers still applied (where applicable)
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, certificates, warranty cards and documents
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Return procedure
Once your withdrawal request has been approved, you must return the product within 14 days.
We strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Inspection & refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance or rejection of the return.
If approved:
- The purchase price will be refunded
- Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after receipt and inspection
- We may deduct any reduction in value resulting from damage, wear, or improper handling
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Exchanged products are shipped once the returned item has been received and verified.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will offer a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution after inspection.
7. Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or special-order pieces, where applicable
8. Pre-orders
Pre-orders
Pre-order items may be cancelled and refunded at any time before the end of the pre-order period.
Once the pre-order period has ended, cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Condition of resale
Returned products that do not meet the required conditions may be rejected as they are not suitable for resale as new items.
